You’ll have better recall if you speed read

People ask me if they’ll remember more if they learn how to speed read and the answer is yes, but it’s important to use the information. Stop after you have read something interesting or important… take a moment to really think about it. Take notes, draw a mind map or summarise a chapter “in a nutshell”. Communicating the acquired information is one of the most powerful strategies to remembering it.
