Conditions of Payment and Cancellations

  • The Speed Reading Training is sold as an intensive 4 hour program unless otherwise arranged
  • Payment is to be made in full at least 48 hours (two working days) prior to a training event
  • Once payment has been received the delegate is agreeing to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be in writing, by email or post
  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled event
  • If cancellation is more than 48 hours (two working days) prior to the scheduled event a 50% refund is given
  • If less than 48 hours (two working days) notice is given prior to the scheduled event no refund is given
